Author’s and Workshop Leader Honorarium

  • If your written paper is submitted by the September 15 deadline, you and/or your co-author(s) registered and paid for the full conference will receive an honorarium in the form of a US $50 credit against your Museums and the Web Asia 2014 registration. The honorarium will not be offered in any other form and is, therefore, forfeited if you do not present or attend the full conference. Any extension of the September 15 paper submission deadline forfeits the honorarium. Any unused portion of the credit is forfeited.

All speakers must be registered for the full conference and pay the appropriate fee. Authors who submit a paper by the Deadline and following the Guidelines, and who register before August 31, 2014, will receive a $50 honorarium, paid as a credit against their hotel bill at the Conference Hotel.

No Honoraria will be provided to co-authors who do not register for the conference. No Honoraria are given to Program Participants who do not submit papers. No Honoraria will be given to Program Participants who register after August 31, 2014, who register for a single day, or who submit a late paper – even if they have an ‘extension’.

  • If you present a half day workshop, you and your co-presenters(s) registered and paid for the full conference will receive an honorarium in the form of a single MWA2014 registration credit divided between the workshop leaders. The honorarium will not be offered in any other form and is, therefore, forfeited if you do not/cannot present or for some other reason have no registration to apply the credit to.
