Please Note: Museums and the Web does not and would never request an attendee or exhibitor at MW to advertise or register their information with any third party data service, nor expect our exhibitors and attendees to incur costs other than those associated with attending and exhibiting at the conference. If any exhibitor receives any invitations to use services like this, which are suggesting an affiliation with Museums and the Web, please let us know.

What are the Exhibit Hall Hours?

Can we do a session?
Exhibitors have an opportunity to present via the regular proposal process (within appropriate deadlines) which is a very competitive peer-reviewed process and generally requires a museum partner to be successful. Registered exhibitors may share their Exhibitor Insights on recent projects, new commercial products and best practices learned from working with organizations across the museum field and beyond; submit your proposal for this kind of presentation as an “exhibitor insight.” We are looking for engaging and innovative formats for the Exhibitor Insights, including “pechu kucha” style “parades” (see, for example, the MW2013 Mobile Parade), short workshops, and expert panels. DEADLINE: July 31st (extended to August 8th)
