Designated Conference Hotel in Deajeon (Day 1 and Day 2)
Lotte City Hotel Daejeon is the designated hotel for conference attendees. It is walking distance from the Convention Center located at 33, Expo-ro 123beon-gil, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, 305-340 Rep. of KOREA
MWA2014 Special Rate:

The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations in this special room rate is September 1, 2014. After this date, the hotel may not be able to offer you the special rate. Reservation requests received after midnight local time (PST) at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted at Hotel’s prevailing rate, based on room type availability. Day 3 Museums and the Web Asia 2014 (MWA2014): Tour (from Daejeon to Seoul)
The tour bus will leave the Lotte City Hotel Daejeon, it will stop at National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Seoul, Nam June Paik Art Center in Seoul, and Leeum Samsung Museum in Seoul. Please note: the tour will end at Seoul. Not Deajeon. The Tour will end at Leeum Samsung Museum and bus will bring the attendees to the Lotte City Hotel in Mapo (Seoul).
Day 4 Museums and the Web Asia 2014 (MWA2014): Workshop at Ehwa Women’s University. If you are local, you can directly go to the Ehwa Univercity. There is a complimentary shuttle for the attendees who stays at the designated conference hotel in Seoul.
Designated Hotel in Seoul (Day 3 and Day 4)
Conveniently located in areas near Myeong-dong, Seoul Station, Hongik UNIV and Yeouido, as well as airport express from/to Kimpo Int’l Airport and Incheon Int’l Airport.
US$210 (including tax) for single or double standard room. Shuttle to the Workshop location is included. 1 person breakfast is included. Please go to the registration page to make the reservation through the Museums and the Web Asia Conference. The cut off date is September 25, 2014. After this date, we will not be able to handle your reservation at this hotel. You will be contacting the hotel directly.

■ By Airport Limousine Bus
You can take an airport limousine bus bound for Daejeon at 9D bus stop on the 1st floor in the airport.
Passengers can get information about Limousines and ticketing at the following ticket booths:
Exit 4 and 9 (indoors) & Exit 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, and 9C (outdoors).
Please get off at “Daejeon Government Complex”, the second (or the third depending on the request by customers) bus stop.
Cross the street then take a taxi and show the address to taxi driver to get to Daejeon Convention Center.

■ By Express Railway (KTX)

If you have not reserved the ticket or need more information, please go to the KORAIL Desk next to the Exit No.4 on the 1st floor in the airport.
If you have already printed the ticket, please find the KTX Station- KTX Airport Express. **The rate for standard class adult on weekdays is 33,600 won.
Take the KTX train that arrives at Daejeon Station. It would approximately take 2 hours.
(The KTX Train that arrives at Seodaejeon Station is also optional. Please refer to the time table above. Also, you can take the taxi right off the entryway.) Use the taxi stand to the right of the station square. The estimated time is approximately 20 minutes. Take a taxi and show the address to the taxi driver to get to Daejeon Convention Center.
